Our Story
For progressive companies who seek to optimise their Triple Bottom Line (People, Profit, Planet), IDDEA is a strategic procurement consulting and implementation partner. Unlike traditional approaches, we don’t just save money. We do that of course, typically delivering more than 10x Return on Investment, but we go much further:
- We see procurement as a strategic competitive weapon, driving efficiencies in the supply chain and delivering dramatic cost savings to the bottom line.
- But we also see it as a tool to develop better supplier relationships, collaborating to discover innovative solutions, with a focus on TCO and market leverage/advantage.
- Sustainability, a green score, is a critical measure of procurement. We show you how to buy responsibly, as you protect the planet alongside profit and people.
- We assess, advance and augment the procurement skills and competencies of your people, so they deliver consistent value to your business.
